penguin sailboat Vehicle Description this boat was purchased by myself in used condition in the early 1980's from a gentleman in chesterton, indiana. there is no trailer. i last sailed it in the late 1980's. the hull has been stored outside, the sail and mast were garage kept. the hull is fiberglass and was stored in an upside down position. the hull condition needs some tlc. a tree branch fell on the hull and knocked the wood floor and most of the support struts out. the floor is gone, i still have a few of the struts. there was a slight dent in the hull that popped out when i pushed on it. the center board handle has also been broken off over the years. the rudder is complete and intact, this was also garage stored. the rudder material is mahogany or lauan. the mast is also mahogany or lauan and is straight and in excellent condition. the sail, also garage stored, is in excellent condition, but has a couple dirty spots on it. it is in a storage bag. i am not sure of the age of the boat. i listed the date as 1970 only because i was required to list a dtae. the only tag i see is on the rear of the boat inside. there is no date or model number that i can find. i have not used the boat for many years and decided to sell it with all the proceeds going to our church's faith campaign. i am located in northwest indiana and do not have means to deliver, so the boat will need to be picked up here.

1982 J 30 Sailboat Yanmar 13HP Diesel clean NO RESERVE! Vehicle Description NO RESERVE AUCTION....WILL BE SOLD TO HIGHEST BIDDER 1982 J/30 Hull 385 located in PLAINVILLE, CT This boat is for sale here in Ct. It can be seen anytime. The Yanmar 13 HP Diesel motor runs excellent, was shifted and was test run and inspected by Sound Marine Diesel LLC. Hull is in very nice shape.The top sides look and feel solid. The wood trim on deck needs sand & varnish. Bottom has always been barrier coated and racing painted. Boot strip needs compound and or repaint to look new again.The bottom has been faired around the thru hull fittings as former owner had all fitting smoothed out to match bottom. We have repaired a few spots that had chips, gouges and faired the fittings and some spots on the keel. There was a small repair done behind the keel that was just faired and was solid. The spots that were repaired were tested for water/moisture...none found there.The bottom was sanded and smooth. We only applied one coat bottom paint. This will allow new owner to apply their own system. All racing hardware and rigging looks to be in good working order. Sails included in pictures. One sail looks to have water damage. Interior is original condition. Woodworking needs some varnish and clean up. Cushions and wood all original condition. The floors in cabin did have standing fresh water in boat for about 4 months. It was not salt water, it was rain water caused by open hatch. Boat has not been in water last 2 years. When arrived here we drained out and the floors were solid. The wood on floors cleaned up nice but will need complete sand and refinish to look new again.Custom instrument panel with guage package mounted on deck. Electronics were not tested. All hatches good. Mast, boom etc are all in good looking condition. BOAT WAS SURVEYED BY: Atlantic Marine Survey Co, Capt John Lyman. He can be reached at 860-729-9551. Borresen Dragon Sailboat Vehicle Description Borresen Dragon for sale. A classic boat with beautiful lines made by the legend Borge Borresen himself. This boat was at one time a member of the Royal Van. Yacht Club. Hull #662 - 1973. GRP construction. Hull in very good shape. Deck however is needing to be replaced as can be seen in the pictures. The balsa core was entirely compromised when I bought the boat. I have removed substantially all of the core and non-skid leaving perfectly intact the underside fibreglass layer. See pictures. All that is required is a new core and non skid to be replaced. The mast and boom are aluminum. Full compliment of eight sails.

Sparkman and Stephens Aluminum Sloop Racer French Built Vehicle Description You are viewing the sail Yacht TIOGA. Tioga is a Sparkman and Stephens design, made of aluminum and built in France. She is built very strong and very light; a small wind will push her through the water, and you will be more happy to be on Tioga in a gail than the other guy. Tioga has crossed the Atlantic five times, been all the way into Turkey in the Med.. and has reached numerous places throughout the carribbean since her rebuild in 1991. Tioga just completed a near 1000 mile trip back from its winter holding ground on the Rio Dulce, Guatemala... Now sitting in Miami, Tioga is awaiting the distinguished new owner to take the wheel. Tioga is an ocean going vessel with racing capabilities. She has a centerboard keel (6ft with the board up and 9ft with the board down) which allows her into some of the shallows of places like the Bahamas. Tioga is fast and comfortable, with a well laid out interior. The 80 horsepower diesel has just been rebuilt and has less than 100 hours on it. The sail inventory is acceptable, and will get you where you want to go including a very large spinnaker, and a heavy weather staysail along with a storm trysail. She will sail at the moment, but not in a complete posh enviroment. better than most though. Refrigeration runs off the engine and is in good shape. Choate CF 27 racing sailboat by Dencho Vehicle Description Hi, I am selling my Choate CF27. A high performance racing sailboat. Comes with full inventory of sails, New halyards and lines, Outboard motor just serviced etc. I just had all of the interior painted, including inside all of the lockers, and the teak oiled, I varnished the floor, and it has a new electrical panel. The boat is a 1978. Its a closed cell foam core hull, so its totally dry and solid unlike balsa core boats. Everything works, the interior lights are new, the running lights work fine, the sink works fine also. The knot meter lights up but doesn't give a reading, the wheel could be fouled I dont know, but I use a hand held GPS for speed etc. The boat is in great shape. Current reg. and ins. untill 2011, nice slip in Alamedos bay Longbeach CA close to restaurants etc. is available for $300/mo. The boat includes all safety gear and 2 anchors with rodes and any other extras that I have for it. I bought this boat from the original owner, It has had an excellent racing history. The boat has no interior cushions. Pink slip in hand. You can get into some serious racing action with this boat for cheap. Or just cruise around and do some over-nighters. Boat is for sale world wide, but buyer will need to arange and pay for all shipping and prep. I will assist in any way possible.

The result of its long waterline and narrow easily driven hull is speed and stability. It does not depend on large sail areas for high speed sailing. The long waterline also provides an extremely comfortable motion at sea with less pitching than a typical cruising yacht. Actual Condition This MacGregor was damaged by a passing vessel while it was moored. She sustained hull damage at the port and stbd gunwale and the mast was broken.
