Scarab Sport Center Console Twin Mercury Outboards NR!! Vehicle Description 1985 Scarab Sport center console, twin 250 mercury outboard engines. 30 ft. in length, 8 ft beam. Used as a towboat, we are downsizing our fleet. Used all this year, just pulled out of water on November 15. Runs great, approx 45+ knots, excellant in rough water, its a Scarab. Hull was painted red when we bought it. Graphics are vinyl and can be removed. No electronics are included in sale. If you are a towing company and want electronics, they are negotiable. Trailer not included, but also can be purchased separately. Towbit will be removed, if you are a towing company, leaving it in is also negotiable. 18 ft Carolina Skiff V Hull Sea Chaser w/90hp 2 stroke Vehicle Description Offered for sale is a very nice Carolina Skiff Sea Chaser Model 1800 RG. It is in very good shape, and has just had it's 300 hour service completed. I have only used it 3 hours since the work was completed, so there is nothing to do but put it in the water and enjoy it. The gauges all work, and the only thing that doesn't work is the stereo. It didn't work when I got the boat, and I never checked into it. The live well works, and the cooler under the seat doesn't leak. There is a screw missing from the windshield, and the bimini top has a strap that broke and I tied it the last time I used it. The screw and the strap are easy fixes, just something I never think about until I'm on the boat. The top and bows are in great shape, and the seat upholstery is not torn or mildewed. The Yamaha 90 horsepower 2 stroke outboard runs perfectly, and with the service already done, there's nothing to do. The oil injection system was disassembled, cleaned, checked and refilled. The carbs were removed and rebuilt, and the fuel system was completely cleaned out and all of the required filters and water separators were installed. The water pump was replaced, and the spark plugs were replaced and the compression was tested after the service--120, 121, 119. No issues, no problems, and no concerns. Also, the helm was changed out with a brand new Zero Feedback steering mechanism. The steering cable was changed at that time too. Over $1200 was spent so that no one will have a problem with anything. The Yamaha 90 is one of the best engines out there, and one of the most preferred for their reliability and durability. The galvanized trailer is in good shape, and other than the normal surface rust from the salt water, there is nothing to do. One of the rubber rollers is torn, but it's an easy fix if it bothers you. The tires and wheels are in great shape, and the bearings get lubed just about everytime the boat gets used. The reserve price is lower than you would think for a boat like this. It is priced to sell, and the title is in hand ready to go. Trades possible---but no other boats and no motorcycles. I prefer collector cars, antique cars, muscle cars, and street rods. I know that the boat has a value less than most of those choices, but let me know what kind of deal you have in mind and we'll go from there. A good truck or SUV would be nice !!!
