Got blown out at St kitts 40knot wings- dock is open to the sea- They felt it unsafe to load and unload passengers in that wind- I concur if anyone cares

some nice island crafts at the terminal- Joyce and terry shopped a little. Joe and I took a bus tour- 20 bucks- a 20 passenger bus- rode through some residential neighborhoods- saw the old british mansions- went to the Royal Botanical Gardens and walked there for 10 minutes. Went to a mountain overlook -saw the bay and city
Went to a shop that makes carnival costumes
Saw where Carnivale will be Mon and tues
3 hour ferry ride to Tobago- guide says Tobago is more like a resort...

Docked at Willemstad
It was pouring rain. Joyce Terry and I went to town in rain. I took joe's umbrella. We caught a cab to center of town-$15 plus tip
Beautiful little town with multi colored rows of buildings- bright yellows, red
Tried the Princess recommended restaurant- LePetite Gourmet restaurant- menu inside was too gourmet for lunch- also there were no Carribean dishes. They served sandwiches...

Arrived Mon 2-16
Walked about town- right next to ship- Orangestad
Went to DI and various shops
Ate lunch at La Petite-- 15% gratuity -only 5 went to wait staff. They should just raise their prices and quit the silent rip off
Service was slow- I guess because tips are low-
I had grouper- Joyce had coconut shrimp with a jalopeno sweet and sour sauce-
Balish beer- a taste a little like Heineken but not as strong- was a pilsner
