MAKO MANIA - Pt. Pleasant, NJ 2007

Up until last night I was undeceive if I was going to fish or not and I made the decision when I turned off the alarm this morning and stayed tucked in to bed. I made no promises last night and I knew that all the boats had ample crew and were ready to go.

Made my appearance at the captains meeting last night and as always it was a blast, good times old friends and great customers of mine were all about.

The last boat number I heard last night was 297 and I am sure there were a few more. Calcuttas Calcuttas Calcuttas should be real sweet along with the ultimate prize of a big MAKO.

I want send my best wishes to all my friends, captains and crews! May they boat the BIG ONE today and tomorrow!

Scales open at 4PM and I will hopefully be able bring you some pictures and coverage at some point.

I saw you last night but didnt get a chance to say hello, you had a crowd around

has we all made are rounds last night great time but went so quick
in a blink of an eye they were calling the 50/50 Its our 29th year and the most boats signed on quite a few years a great showing I wish john would
come up and cover this event this is the ONE, I'll be running with DD on sunday best of luck to everyone have a great time. Lucklady hopefuly next time we can meet not enough time to make the rounds
