PORT ISABEL — Francis Knapp will be the first to admit he has a few faults.

However, to the average person, those he possess are actually good ones.

“I guess you could say I have a few bad habits,” said the 86-year old Brownsville native. “But the habits are boating, fishing, flying and hunting. These things are what keeps me going day to day.”
