Bunker pods on the North bar of Little Egg Inlet inlet turned into stripers in the coolers for some anglers today. Other anglers had lots of opertunities to catch bass under the bunker, but just couldn't get hooked up. They had half a dozen good run offs and were only able to turn it into one bass.
Weakfish and croakers were up off the red tower again today. Weakfish still are those little guys and it's mixed with quite a bit of snapper blues too.
No news from anlgers fishing the spots and eels along the banks back up in the Great Bay. Those bass have to be in there as they are barely a half mile away on the North bar of the inlet.
