Monday, October 06, 2008*** 10-6-2008 *** ****** FISHIN REPORT BY Ripp ****** I don't know what it is but when ever i have Ladies on da boat it seems like dey can catch more fish den da men and dey can kick some Ass fishin. i want to Thank Mister Red H. and his Bride ( Martha ) for fishin with me today and again tomorrow. i just taught Martha was a Motor Cycle Queen till i fished with her today, Man can dat Lady fish. she never let up or cut Mister Red any slack from da 1st. fish till da last fish. i tink she deserves to be Redfish Queen of da day. let me told y'all someting, dey got down here yesterday evenin bout 2 o'clock and had a few cold ones before i went show dem where dey was stayin. now on my way down to da boat dis mornin i allways have tings to drop off in da mail and dats my 1st. check on da wind cuz dey have a big flag and i check to see if its movein around and it was pretty stiff. well when i put da boat in da water dat flag by Joe's its was flappin pretty good. now dey was waitin on me when i got dare dis mornin ready to start dare day of redfish. we had a lil bump-pee ride out but once we got to where we was goin it was nice for us cuz we were tucker up tight against da marsh grass. now from Da Queen's 1st. cast on she started off strong, now she done some hootin and hollarin and from da 3rd. quarter on she had to wear a Glove cuz she was gettin blisters on her hand, now on da other hand or other side of da boat Mister Red, well lets just say he didn't need any Gloves on either hand, maybe a Big Band-Aid on his Ass cuz i know it must be sore cuz it got Kicked a bunch of times today. we caught most of our fish on dead shrimp under a cork but we did catch some under a slidein sinker. right before we was gettin ready to leave Da Queen hooked a good redfish and fart it for about 10 seconds den it popped da line but ahead of da cork and we could see it movein along da bank den we lost it, den we saw it a good 100 yards down da bank but when we got to it da redfish had spit da hook. well Mister Red will have tomorrow to defend his self or make a lil come back but today is History and he can't change dat. we got us a couple of good group pictures back at da dock with dare redfish. i tink dey gonna have redfish on da half shell for supper tonight for da 1st. time.
