Loads of bait are back in the area and the Blues are on it! Not a lot of them but then again, not a lot of anglers either! There were a few short Bass mixed in here and there from reports we got. Pencil poppers got thier attention.

The rain looks to have blown thru overnight and today is lookin pretty good - Scattered early morning showers. Mainly cloudy for awhile this morning…then becoming mostly sunny. Highs 70 to 75. Southwest winds around 10 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent. (notice how the doom & gloom group are hoping for a stray rain cloud). The weekend forecast is looking pretty nice too!
Did ya ever notice that people would follow Mike anywhere, but only out of morbid curiosity!
