The bait is here, the weather is just gorgeous, the winds are good, now if those pesky fish just turn on………
Yesterday was scattered blues with a short bass turning up every once in a while just to keep things interesting. The south winds are gone so things are looking up. The weather is certainly not going to be a problem - Sunny with highs 70 to 75. North winds 5 to 10 mph. The weekend forecast is looking pretty nice too!
We had these weigh-ins yesterday:
Bob Moore - Blue 34" 13.7 lbs on a Grumpy Clam
Jim "Doublebag" Bass 30.5" 8.3 lbs on a Grumpy Clam
Trust me on this one - when "Doublebag is catching fish - there are fish to be caught!
We have some sweeet brand new Shimano combos for plugging and a bunch of other stuff just came in.
Mike had a thought last night! Thats all, it just seemed to be a news worthy event!

I thought I would go on vacation. I have some rods to test……..Mike

Dan Bryce whacked a 48" 63.1 lb Black Drum using Grumpy Clams down in IBSP.
Nice fish Dan!
