Frances Fleet Fishing Report 10/31/08

Capt. Don called in from the boat around 1:00 and said the blackfishing was nothing short of incredible. They were early tallies as they weren't even done fishing for the day. Almost all anglers were definately working towards getting their limits. 4:00 p.m. report: Capt Don finished out the day with anglers going home with full coolers. Biggest fish was 11 lbs hauled in by regular Bob Conger along with 3 more hefty tautog weighing in at over 10 lbs each.Capt. Richie reported a very good day on the cod grounds. A surprisingly small number of anglers showed up for codfishing today but they were all very pleased with the results. Some nice numbers of cod, anglers went home with 8-10 fish a piece and also 50-60 seabass in the mix. Regular, Lisa Loprinzo took the pool with a nice 18 lber
