I teamed up with Patrick Kelly of Captain Smiley Fishing Charters the last couple of trips to accomadate the guys from Continental Freight Corp. These larger groups require multiple boats and it is nice to work with another quality lifelong local guide. Yesterday we had a fair catch on my boat, 2 Redfish, 2 Black Drum, a 19 inch Speclked Trout and a 17 inch Flounder, not to mention a lot of Bluefish. Today I had high hopes as the tide was more to my favor but it was more of the same, "Just Pickin". We caught lots of Bluefish and a couple of Spanish Mack's at the inlet and finished the trip out catching a few Redfish, the largest was 8lbs. October is the month of double digit catches of Redfish and Trout, that has not been the case as of yet but it will happen any day now. Water tempertures are still a little warm but should fall soon and when they do you need to be here because as always the bite will be incredible. Now is the time for you to be in the report, not reading about it, give me a call. Catch you guys on another tide.Capt.Mark
