Trout fishing continues to improve with limits, half-limits to near limits. Oyster shell played host to scores of speckled trout for Captain TJ & David entertaining the Rod P. Company. David G. and guest ended up with a good box of trout while fishing with Captain James Welder.Recent rainfall and cooler air temps may have been responsible for the mass exodus of shrimp into the bay system. Many decent size trout are under birds in San Antonio Bay; especially toward the upper end of the bay. This is a great time of the year to discover the many reefs in this bay system.

Thursday evening we welcomed 22-guest in for a 6-boat trip Friday morning…Reports to come.
