Despite wind and a few spats of rain the Day at the Docks celebration yesterday was a great success. Lots of people were on the Hatteras waterfront eating good food, watching and participating in contests and learning more about commercial and sportfishing.Today only one boat went out today they reported the "Blue" waters being very rough while the "Green" water was fishable (Gulfstream versus Nearshore). They had some nice bites and a few catches of reef fish
