Grumpy's Bait and Tackle NJ Fishing Reports 9/4/08

I'm very happy to report Grumpy is gone again. He said he is going to be testing rods but I think hisself and Mrs Grump are off stork hunting.
Don't have a fishing report as I was out on the Norma K last night for the annual boardwalk fishing trip. We left the dock at 3pm and stopped to do some sea bass fishing. Everyone caught fish but there weren't a whole lot of keepers. Then it was off to the bluefish grounds where we cleaned house. Everyone caught a mess of blues and we were able to head back to the dock early. Capt. Matt and crew did a fantastic job as usual.
Don't have a weather report and I don't care. If you have a chance to go fishing then go. If you're stuck at work who cares what its doing outside. If its raining and you work outside go home early. Then go fishing…………….Mike
