This time of year, are very important, during the week. In the spring(April & May) we have a regular gang of @ 30 passengers that are always there every single day, so we never have a doubt about going. As the weather gets colder and other companies, up and down the coast run limted schedules or close, we continue to run everyday. The problem now becomes that alot of those 30 regulars are now deer hunting or staying home to watch the games, and we're getting people from all over. Last Tuesday with only 14 reservations, we sailed with 58 passengers. We need 18 paying passengers to break even. So to avoid having people driving here and not going, I'll sometimes cancel the day before if we only have a handful of reservations. I guess my point is please call for reservations. Remember the LMAIII is climate controlled and has satelitte TV, so not to miss any of the important games. If I could find a way to get deer out there I would. All boats out today, and the fishing was pretty good yesterday, considering the choppy seas. No slam job, but everybody had more than dinner to take home. Report on the two day trip and todays catch in the morning. We are sold out tomorrow and only a few spots on Sunday, lots of room Monday. The marathon is sold out. Weather looks perfect!
