Today turned out to be a good beach day here on the island. The sun popped out and the winds were blowing around 10 on the beach. This morning it started out having to thrown 6-8 ounces by this evening 5-6 were holding. I fished with Rick Volz for a couple of hours we caught some sharks, skates, and even one seagull. Remember put something a towel or shirt over the birds head when trying to get your line unwound. There crabbing is still going strong the crabs get heavier this time of year, so get some lines or traps and get dinner. Thats all for today time to finish watching football. Tight Lines…Jimmy

Here are a few pictures I took last night on a fishing trip using swimbaits all the rock were small and put back. White did best if you need help setting up stop by the shop. There are some rockfish around this is the beginning there are also a lot of snapper blues so take plenty of baits.
