Half Day Fluke Fishing Fluke PM
Fishing remained very good on the half day afternoon trip today. There were a lot of fish coming over the rails and over 22 keepers! The winner of the pool was Amelia Baradzi from Bay Shore New York who caught a 6.65lb keeper. Second place went to Paul Pesale of Babylon New York with a 5.5 pounder.
Full Day Porgy and Seabass
Porgy fishing was decent today. Things were a little slow in the morning around buoy 9 so we moveed to the southside and found some good fishing down by Ditch Plains and under the lighthouse. Everyone ended up going home happy with fish in their coolers. Interestingly the porgies are starting to fatten up which can mean only one thing, their annual move eastward to Block Island.
