Sunday, August 10, 2008*** 8-10-2008 *** ****** FISHIN REPORT BY Ripp ****** Hey Y'all its my Bride's Birthday today so i want to wish her Happy Birthday. i want to Thank Danny R. and guest for fishin with me again today. Who Dat, Who Dat say dey gonna catch some Big Redfish, i tink it was my crew dat said dat. let me told y'all my crew dey put da hammer down on dem big reds today, Hoop Dare it is, it wasn't nothin nice when my crew got done with dem big reds, dey was fussin about dare arms, fingers, hands, legs, backs and shoulders hurtin dem. we started out in a lil different spot dis mornin and picked up a couple of reds right quick on dem gold spoons but dat soon played out and we was on da hunt again, we would run a while cuz we was lookin for sign's of dem reds on da surface cuz da water was pretty flat on dat west side. my crew dey changed fisher people on me dis mornin, Da Queen couldn't make it cuz she was in Charge of decorations for one of her friends Baby Shower. dey put Danny's son-in-law in her place, Ray. now we got to see another pretty sunrise, been missin dat for a few weeks, looked like we allways had clouds pop up in da East right before da sun would come up. well when da wind started to pick up a lil bit we was headed south and we tried a couple of more stops and unlike most mornins da tide was comein in pretty good, oh yea, a lil light went off in my Head, i now had to move on to plan "B" what a smart move dat was on my part. i forgot Dats why i make da Big Bucks, dey tell me i'am suppose to know stuff like dat, dats part of my Job, hold on a minute, i'am tryin my best to tink of dat word dat goes behind Job, i got it, it might have took a while and i hate to have kept y'all waitin but da word is Description, Job Description. now dats what i was tinkin about. don't you just hate dat shit when you ask somebody how to spell someting and dey tell you well why don't you look it up in da dictionary, Ding Ding is anybody home, well got Dam if i new how to spell da word i wouldn't need a frickin dictonary to look da word up, how am i gonna look da word up when i don't know how to spell it in da 1st. place. hey hey come on now i'am a Fishin Guide, i'am knot a spellin bee winner. OK back to fishin dem big reds and black drums, we caught dem on crack crabs under a slide sinker. now yesterday dey only caught one redfish and Glen caught it, today everybody caught big redfish, never caught any over 21 pounds but dey caught a bunch of dem, after we got our limit we was just catchin & releasein dem, oh yea we was taken lots of pictures as we went along & YES we did get a good picture of dem back at da dock. now Big Jim R. he was havein some minor problems at da start but me and his Lil Brother Danny R. got him all straightin out, like i told Danny, He's coachable. after dem couple of coachin lessons was given he was hard on dem redfish, now you got da hang of it Jim R. you lookin like a Pro Fisherman but i tink you still fell short behind Glen on numbers of fish caught but you was comein on strong right when da end was comein to a close. you know its all over till next year.
