Third time's the charm. After being turned away by Mother Nature two times before, this time we were able to leave the dock. For myself, Sherry, Patrick and Joanna, August 15th was our first time fishing for yellowfin and Capt. Bill got us on the first two fish pretty quick….and then nothing. For a couple hours, I was afraid that 2 would be all we'd get. But Bill kept working and by the end of the day we had 8 Yellowfin in the box. It could have only been 7 due to a broken reel but Bill threw on some gloves and pulled up that fish by hand. Maybe I'm easily impressed, but to me, that was awesome!!! Three of us are looking forward to our next trip. I won't say who, but one of us got sick the moment we hit the Gulf, but never complained. Quite a trooper!!!
