Venice, LA USAIf you are waiting for some good Tuna fishing, the time to go is now. The fishs are thick and Hungery. Capts. Billy, Mike, Peace, Darryl, Andy, and Myself along with all of our Guest were party to some of the most exciting ariel shows that we have seen in a while. The tuna seemed to spend as much time in the air each day as they did in the water. If that doesn't get your blood boiling, nothing will.

The bait of choice still seems to be herring but if you can find small hard tails they will eat them. The Herring were tough to find all weekend but Mike stuck it out and found some after most of us had given up on them and he certanly was rewarded with a full fish box for it.
The Blue Marlin are still around and Active. We watched two caught around us on Sunday and Darryl reported a run in with one on Sunday as well. He said that the Biggest Blue Marlin that he has ever seen decided to try to eat an 80 pound yellowfin right under his boat on Sunday. He said that she stuck around the boat for a while but wouldn't eat any of his offerings. He said that she was very conservativly 1000 pounds. That right there is reason enough to fish every day that you can. You just may be the guy that hooks that fish.

We still have some openings this month including one this Saturday. Give us a call to get in on the action.
