Oregon Inlet Fishing Report 8/18/08

Offshore dolphin, tilefish, billfish and scatterd wahoo. I counted two blue marlin flags, 1 sailfish,and 4 white marlin flags. There were two dolphin citations. Inshore all day trips one boat had amberjack, triggerfish, spanish mackerel, false albacore and 8 dolphin. Three boats all day trips caught tilefish and dolphin. Open boats all day trips one boat caught spanish mackerel and sharks, another caught cobia, triggerfish and spanish mackerel. Miss Oregon Inlet caught sea bass and pigfish in the morning, sea mullet in the afternoon.
