This run of great weather can't last much longer so get out and play before you just wish you had! This is what they say - Mostly sunny. Highs in the mid 70s. East winds 5 to 10 mph. See what I mean?
The fishing picture is getting like a rerun. Not much change other than I am hearing of more blues, mostly late afternoons, but they are less than predictable. The clock is winding down on the Fluke season. I expect to see a better keeper ratio as we get later in the season so use the remaining time wisely.
We went to the first dealer show of the season yesterday. We ordered some new rods and reels as well as some other toys. I have one of the brand new Abu-Garcia reels to take with me to Trinidad next week to test it on Tarpon. Should be interesting.
Has anybody noticed how quiet things have been from the dark side lately? Dealing with Mike is just like with your kids. When they are quiet, trouble is right around the corner. I may need to recruit some spies to get a handle on what Mr. Nefarious is up to. It can't be anything good!
Good morning Miss Penny!

Never you mind old man. I'll just bide my time.
Also I've been warning the pelicans of your expected arrival……………Mike
