Did you like the weather yesterday? Have some more and just a tick warmer - Sunny. Highs in the upper 70s. Northwest winds around 5 mph…becoming south this afternoon. Just a glorious day to be on the beach!
Other than some bluefish activity at the end of the jetty and in the inlet we didn't hear much yesterday. I think we are seeing the beginning signs of some bait movement. Maybe the dog days of summer are coming to a close and the action will pick up soon.
Another huge load of Gulp Bait is arriving this afternoon. There isn't much time left in the Fluke season so go get em every chance you get!
Mike is in the back, rattling those new Seeker blanks every night! He gets this faraway look in his eyes and I can understand how he gets lost in thought. It's unfamilar territory!
Grumpy hisself
Someone should behave themselves. I have full control over how the new prototype seeker blanks are to be built. They could become tarpon rods for his next trip or they could become great striper rods for the upcoming fall season and the spring bass fishing. I think I need a couple new bass rods………………………..Mike
