Capt. Ted reported that the Steve Pete group enjoyed a great morning on the water aboard the Capt. Frances with anglers catching a nice mixed bag of keeper fluke, keeper sea bass and some big scup. It was a gorgeous morning on the water and the action was excellent. As always the Capt. Frances is often available for charters and perfect for groups of 7 to 25 passengers.Capt. Mike reported another very strong day along the south shore of Rhode Island today with the fluke. Things on the 8am full day fluke boat show no signs of letting up. The action was steady all day long and there were quite a few jumbos today along with a nice bunch of sea bass and some trophy size scup. Angler hi lights include but are not limited to the following: Mike Tilelli who nailed 6 keeper fluke to 6lbs and the pool and a nice sea bass out of a total catch of 36 fluke and many more undersize sea bass. Jim O'Grady aka the Colonel had a day to remember today catching not only his limit but having fluke of 8.5, 7, and 6lbs plus two others right around 4lbs. Yes that is 5 jumbos in one day!! Jim also had 4 double header fluke today and caught a total of around 40 fluke for the day. Other anglers had 2 to 4 keepers apiece plus upwards to several sea bass apiece. Most anglers caught 10 to 20 fish each today and just about everyone went home with a nice bunch of fresh fish. The biggest scup today went nearly 3lbs and the angler who caught it thought he had a bluefish on! Next 8am full day boat sails tomorrow morning aboard the Capt. Frances.

Capt. Rich reported an outstanding day of fishing aboard the 7am full day jumbo fluke and sea bass boat. Mr. Coo and his group had an exceptional day bringing in one good size fluke after another with many members of his group limited out while Tom Foote who is a long time regular customer also had his limit of summer flounder to 8lbs and Tom's wife nailed a fine 5lb humpback sea bass. Tom and another angler split the pool for the day. Capt. Paul who worked deck commented on how many fish in the 4 to 6lb category were artfully steered to the net by the anglers aboard. Mostly good size fluke with a scattering of big sea bass to over 5lbs and a few bluefish and scup today. Next 7am full day boat will sail tomorrow morning aboard the Gail Frances.

Capt. Keith and Capt. Cory reported an outstanding day of Whale Watching not all that far from Pt. Judith today. Finback and Minke Whales in great numbers treated patrons to hours of entertainment today and the great turnout of customers could not have been more pleased. A few sheerwaters today above the bait today for those who are bird enthusiasts.

Capt. Chris and Ted reported a quiet 1/2 mid afternoon trip.

Capt. Keith reported a quiet AM 1/2 trip with just a few keepers and some shorts.

Capt. Mike reported an okay PM 1/2 evening trip with a handful of good size fluke including a couple 5lbrs and some good size scup to 2lbs and a few keeper sea bass.
