Capt. Don reported an outstanding half day AM with quite a few good size fluke. And wouldn't you know the south shore beaches are still producing!!! Plenty of shorts in with them keeping rods bent and the pace active plus the usual scup and sea bass. Capt. Don reported a lot of good size keepers came to the net this morning and made for a truly outstanding trip.Capt. Chris reported that the 8am full day fluke boat had a pick of nice size fluke and keeper sea bass, all be it a very delicate pick. The majority of fluke taken were around 4lbs but there were just not enough of them. It was an equal split between keeper sea bass and keeper fluke for anglers to take home. One sharp angler did manage 4 good fish and the pool with a fine 5.5lbr. Another angler had 3 keeper sea bass. Better days are ahead. Next 8am full day fluke trip sets sail tomorrow morning.

Capt. Paul and Capt. Cory reported the Hillside charter CRUSHED the fluke today with the group putting over 60 good size fluke to 7lbs and some nice sea bass in the boat. A lot of jumbo fish today and Capt. Paul was elated about the great fishing and all hands aboard enjoyed a productive and exciting day of catching.

Capt. Richie reported another day of CRUSHING THE FLUKE aboard the Gail Frances today. Anglers boated at least 150 keeper fluke to 6.5lbs and a nice bunch of sea bass to 4lbs plus a few bluefish and scup. It was a good size group of anglers today and the catch varied amongst them but needless to say many anglers were limited out and quite a few others had 3 to 6 keepers apiece. Experienced anglers did fare better today with the hi lo, hi lo spro and tandem bait rigs all very productive today. Quite a few shorts in addition to all the nice size fish to give anglers some great number scores as well. Next 7am full day boat sets sail tomorrow aboard the Gail Frances.

Capt. Don reported this afternoon's midday half PM trip was quite good as well with again the breach way area producing some quality keepers for his customers. Some platter size scup to 2lbs and a few nice sea bass mixed in as well to top off a great afternoon of fishing.
