Capt. Keith crushed both the bluefish and Stripers last night on the 7pm Bluefish trip ensuring an action packed evening for his customers. In addition to all the bluefish one wanted on both drails and floating baits anglers boated over 20 Stripers, most of which were just undersize and gently released to fight again another day, but put several good ones to 25lbs into the box. Capt. Keith tried some new grounds and the move paid off tremendously! Well done Capt. Keith!! Next 7pm bluefish trip sets sail Friday Night aboard the Gail Frances.Capt. Ray reported a slow night of Striper fishing with the biggest Bass in the 25lb range and some good action with the bluefish. Next 7pm Striper trip sets sail Wednesday Night aboard the Lady Frances.
Capt. Mike reported a slow PM 1/2 last night. An incredibly fast drift for anglers but a few good size fluke were boated along with some shorts and the usual array of scup and sea bass of various sizes.
Capt. Don reported a solid half day AM with a mix of keepers and short fluke and some scup and sea bass plus a bunch of sea robins to keep things interesting.
Capt. Mike reported the 8am full day fluke boat had a much better day today with a super morning of fishing! The action waned later in the trip but many anglers had several nice fluke apiece to take home with many of the fish in the jumbo category of 4 to 5lbs. The fish were quite spread out today with just about everyone going home with some fresh fillets. A few bluefish and sea bass mixed in. Eric from Burlington, Ct had 5 big fluke to take home and the 7lb pool fish. Next 8am full day trip sails tomorrow morning aboard the Admiral Frances.
Capt. Paul reported Furey Roofing had a decent charter today catching some good size fluke and enjoying a nice day on the water. The Capt. Frances is a great boat boat for small to medium charters to enjoy some of the finest inshore fishing available along the southern new England coast.
Capt. Mike reported an ok half day PM with some good size fluke to 6lbs on the first half of the trip then a nice bunch of good size scup and a few keeper sea bass in the later part of the trip.
Capt. Rich on the 7am full day fluke/sea bass trip reported a picky start to the day but a red hot finish. Late in the trip Capt. Rich found a pile of hungry fluke and the rods were bent steadily up and down the side. So encouraged by the late bite Capt. Rich put some extra time in for his fares. Just a few limits today including Mr. Kim of course. More experienced anglers did well though bringing home 3 to 6 nice fluke apiece. Just a few sea bass and a couple bluefish today. Biggest fluke was a solid 8lbs. Next 7am trip sails aboard the Gail Frances tomorrow morning.
