Dan and Dick from East Berlin, PA had a great day of fishing at the Inlet and CHincoteague Channel. The croakers are in and also some kingfish and flounder. Fish are biting if you use the right bait…

Jessica Stewart from Bluemont, VA age 13 caught this keeper flounder at bouye 15 near Curtis Merritt Harbor. She also cuaght about 32 fish including mostly croakers, sandshark, and a searobin.

Justin and Shanna
Here are some pictures sent from Justin from their trip today off his boat. We were fishing the Chincoteague Channel out by Buoy 25. We caught 30 Croaker, mostly 12-17 inches, 7 throwback flounder around 14 inches, 1 kingfish about 15 inches, and 1 big ray. It was a good day out on the boat. We watched a boat next to us with a father and his 3 kids bring in a 23 inch flounder. They said they had been catching some flounder all day but most of them were small.
POONTANG MAKES ONE LAST STAND!
The town's favorite team of fishermen went out for the night to catch sone croakers and dogfish at the CV marker, and they did! Nearly 30 of them were caught in less than two hours! However, their craving for spade-fish is also on the horizon, and we expect some results back tomorrow evening.

Capt. Mike's and Mrs. Gwen's grandaughter, Kaitlyn Storozuk caught her 1st fish ever, a butterfly ray while visiting Papa Mike and Grandma Gwynn. Kaitlyn was here with her Mommy(our daughter Jennifer) and brother Aaron from Ashburn, VA, along with Uncle Mike from San Diego, CA. They had a great visit while playing at the beach and on the sandbars and watching dolphins from the boat.

Pavlos K. from Chincoteague did well with the croakers he is a fishbites fan as you can tell. Izid is in the background looking at his uncle…
