Capt Richard and myself fished out of Kiawah today, and the bite was a little slow with the fats moving water with the extreme tides. His trip started at the reef with no much luck 3 sea bass, pinfish, grouper, and a spanish mackerel. They headed inshore and landed a small redfish and a nice 20 pound bonnethead shark.I ran a kids trip out of Kiawah and they caught a mixed bag with: grunts, seabass, weakfish, trout, bluefish, rays and sharks.

Today Capt Richard was back in the harbor for 2 trips: first trip thay caught 12 trout, and 6 redfish, and some ladyfish. Second trip started slow put ended great with 11 nice redfish with a couple around 10 pounds.

On the road to Kentucky on Sunday for my grand dads funeral. Clinton Elzy rest in peace we all loved you and know that your in a better place. Thanks for taking me fishing as a kid, those are my best childhood memories. I wish we had one more day to fish together again.
