Night Striped Bass
Fishing was slow tonight we caught a few Bass and Blues up to 16Lbs, pool winner was Mr Stephen Emmons ChesterLand OH 16.2 Lbs and the second place winner was Mr Valdimir Kasa New York NY with a 14.8 Lbs Bass
Half Day Fluke PM
Fishing was RED HOT this afternoon! The boat had five fish over 5 lbs. First place was Mike Magle of Mahopac, NY with a 5.7lb fluke and second place was Dan Gutiw of Sasktoon, Canada, with a 4.9lb fluke.
Half Day Fluke AM
Fishing was very good today on the morning half day boat. The boat had 22 good quality keeper fish with some weighing up to 7lbs. The winner of the pool was George Romano from Amityville who had a 5.8lb fluke. Second place went to Chris Marasco of Yorktown New York who caught a 4.5 pounder.
Porgy and Seabass Fishing
Mate Eric reports another fine day of porgy fishing today. The morning started off with a fine show of medium and large porgies a little of Montauk Point. When the tide started to run a little too much we headed for the south side and in addition to porgies had a fine showing of large fluke in the 4 to 6lb range with a few nice 2lb sea bass and a 7lb bluefish!
