10 year old Vito Terranova fished the Sandy hook channel with his father the largest fluke he caught was 3 lb 13 oz 22 inch on killies
Fred Schroeder of Nutley also fished the Sandy hook channel his best that day was an 8 lb 5 oz fluke that hit on a spearing.
