One lone comment on the VHF of six keeper fluke in the Great Bay is the most exciting news of the week.
Word is there is an abundance of three inch sea bass and some sub legal size porgies showinbg up in the Great Bay. It makes for some fun fishing with a chum pot over in the stakes on the Mystic Island side of the fish factory. If luck is in your favor, a couple of keeper kingfish and even possibly a weakfish could be caught and be large enough to end up in the cooler.
