Capt. Don reported good fishing on this morning's 1/2 AM trip. Some quality fish in the 3 to 4lb range and a bunch of shorts kept things going and a couple nice sea bass thrown in for good measure.

Capt. Mike reported the beach was unstoppable once again today. This is far and away the best week of fluking this angler has certainly ever seen. The 8am boat has really been enjoying some extraordinary fishing of late. The consistency and size are second to none. It is too bad that only a small group of anglers were able to come out and enjoy this day with us. The said small group of anglers boated nearly 60 keepers to just over 7lbs. The action was steady and for many non stop all day long. Angler hi lights include the following. Mike Tilleli did it once again catching 9 keepers to 6lbs out of a catch of 44 fish, retaining only his limit. Mr. Pak had a fine limit of fluke to 4lbs while Sin had 5 nice fish to 4lbs and Sin's friend left with 5 big fluke to 7.2lbs and also left with the pool. Mr. O'grady had 8 keepers to 5lbs out of a total catch of 46 fish while another angler boated 9 keepers including a brace of 4lbrs out of a catch of 32 fish., both anglers retaining only their limits of course. Millard from Springfield Mass went home with 5 nice fluke to 5lbs today. Longtime regular customer Doc brought a fine 5lbr to the net and lost another big one just out of range of the net. Capt. Mike came down for a few minutes and promptly nailed two nice fish in the 5lb range. Everyone left with a nice bunch of fish today. A half dozen keeper sea bass and a few jumbo scup to top things off. The hi lo spro or hi lo bait rig combination was deadly today and the tandem bait rig had some very bright moments as well. A few squid were snagged today on the fluke rigs as well. Next 8am boat sails aboard the Admiral Frances tomorrow morning.
Capt. Rich reported the fluking was somewhat better today aboard the 7am Jumbo Fluke/Sea bass boat. Anglers managed a slow pick of keepers and shorts throughout the day. Nothing huge today but some nice fish with the largest around 6lbs. Some anglers had several nice fish apiece to take home today. A few keeper size sea bass as well. Next 7am trip sails aboard the Gail Frances tomorrow morning.
