Capt Moore/ Fish With The King SHELL BEACH , LA USAONE STOP SHOP!!!!!!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing with Bob Herbert his son Tony Ricky Nick and step son Jeff. The guys are in town from MS. They spent the night and we got a good start this morning. We made 1 stop in bay eloie and the fish went nuts. They were catching them faster then I could get them off. We ended the day limiting out catching 150 speckled trout. The fish were in the 12-18 inch range and eating up. We caught them fishing tight line up current with a very light split shot. The bait would not go 1 foot under the water and the fish would slam it. Came back to the lodge and helped me put the table and chairs together for the new deck with grill right out the back door. We had a fresh fish brunch while we were working ion the stuff. Thanks again guys for all the help. A great bunch of guys. A good time was had by all.

The Trout are eating up @ Shell Beach. Campo's is open with fuel; live bait, ice, and the newly improved back down ramps are open. Nice easy and quick launching with helpful advice from the Campo's is waiting for you.
