Another action packed day here on the island. The surf fishing is still productive with kingfish and spots hitting well in the morning. Evenings there have been a few trout showing up caught on cut bait cut spot/mullet. I got a chance to go out before work and catch a few kingfish they bit best on the ec small surfballs with cut spot. There were other anglers hitting spots earlier on fishbites/squid combo. In the back bays still a lot of spot and kingfish hitting. Jim Dragger hit a big school of spot and kingfish in the Assateague Channel he was steady pulling in fish for a few hours before the storm hit and he called it a day. The small hooks with squid/fishbites did the trick today. A few people came in who caught some flounder too all went back due to them being out of season. It looks like some better conditions for tomorrow so we will have a better wreck and offshore report when we have more anglers going out. We got in our Penn Torque rods and reel especially made for vertical jigging, we also go tin our vertical jigs fully restocked. We can line your reels we carry up to 100 pound power pro and can have it professionally installed in our line winding department.

The new Penn Torque series reel made for braid and vertical jigging.

Large selection of offshore products we also make custom spreader bars!

A pitcure of Justin with a nice flounder taken before the flounder closure caught July 20th there are still some nice flounder around Chincoteague.
