Wow, Hurricane Dolly could have been a lot worst for the middle coast. Our thoughts and prayers are with the folks down south. Pre hurricane fishing was best met with large schools of reds on grass shorelines and limits to near limits of trout over shell.

The lodge welcomed Martin K. and family with Captain Harold putting the group on full trout limits. With light winds and mirror water, Captain TJ decided to chase large oversized redfish with sight casting in mind. Peter M. and guest enjoyed practicing catch & release with multiple oversized red hook ups.

We appreciate all the understanding customers who understood rescheduling their fishing trips. We will start fishing again on Friday morning…
