"Just what the Doctor ordered for an awesome corporate destination fishing trip. " That is, light winds and beautiful weather this Saturday morning. Team Bay Flats experienced a 6-boat 26-guests trip with MS & Vendors. From the original roasted raspberry chipotle grilled duck to "Cook your catch" lemon rosemary habanero fried fish, everyone raved over the grilled duck and enjoyed sitting around the covered outdoor kitchen with their favorite beverage of choice while being served by the cooks & wait staff. One guests stated, "Oh by the way, last night your Cajun style fried oysters appetizers rocked."

Wade fishing the shoreline and popping near 20 trout on the first wade with live bait, or fishing deep shell for 28 trout, props to out to the following Bay Flats Lodge guides for putting MS & Vendors on one heck of a trip. Captain TJ Christensen, Captain David McClelland, Captain Jason Wagenfehr, Captain, Chris Castillo, Captain Harold Dworaczyk and Captain Allen West. The majority of the guides finished with 20 to near 30 trout per boat, along with a few kicker upper slot reds to win the tournament.

At the end of the day, Jeff K. of MS gave everyone a SIMMS tournament fishing shirt with the Bay Flats Lodge logo, 24-pack insulated custom soft sided coolers, and the 1st place team won 4 Waterloo Fishing rods, 2nd place won 4 Shimano reels. Meanwhile the vendors were handing out door prizes and gave an award for the largest red fish. From the entire staff and Team Bay Flats guides we want to thank Jeff K. for the business.

This week our schedule and lodge is full with 5 to 6 boats daily. Reports to come.
