Fished with one of my friends who runs Outer Banks Fishing Charters this weekend.

Went out Saturday morning with NW winds around 30. Cold and bumpy…Ran around trying to find a trout in the morning. Was over near Little Bridge and they were catching a good amount of puppy drum off the bridge. The pups were only hitting peeler crabs. We ran from place to place and ended up with 5 black drum up to 20lbs, nice spot, croaker, pinfish, and some nice 2lb bluefish.

Sunday back out late morning, SW 15-20 and increased to over 30….damn this wind….ran back into one of the little tidal creeks and stated catching some really nice spot. Got some black drum and croaker to go along with the spot….It was a great relaxing weekend just getting out on the water to do some fun fishing… Thanks Tim and we'll get those trout one afternoon this week!!!
