Better Fishing

Today was an improvement over yesterday, fairly steady action.I wouldn't say there were any records set or anything, but most everybody scrapped out a catch. We had enough bites to have a great catch, but wound up missing or losing a lot of our strikes. We did land a half dozen nice gaffer dolphin, and probably missed that many more. We had several bites that I felt like were wahoos, but they all got away. We did catch a small mako that was not legal to keep, a few amberjacks on the jigs, and a handful of kings in the afternoon. All in all, I was satisfied with our catch. There were three blue marlin released today in the fleet.
