Fishing explodes at Oregon Inlet, NC
May 1, 2008 by Fishing Reports
The fishing offshore of Oregon Inlet, NC exploded today. Larger Yellowfin showed and many boats had full limits of those. The ones that didn't limit out caught 10 or more nice fish. One nice Wahoo was landed in the fleet. Big gaffer Mahi were there in force with some boats taking as many as 25 of those. No reports of Blue Marlin today but there was plenty of action.
June Bug will fish Oregon Inlet for a couple more weeks and then come north to New Jersey for the summer. She is ready to go for the season off Jersey.
There are plenty of good dates left so talk to your friends and let's go fishin'! Call me on my cell at 609-685-2839.
