Went out of Hampton and tried some of the inshore lumps south of the Shoals. One short. Then tried a couple areas on W Old Scantum, shorts. Went to kinda the S-central part of Old Scantum, 12 keepers (a few at 10 pounds) and tons of shorts. All of the shorts seemed to be over 23" but under 24" At one point, they were biting so fast, as soon as the jig got down they would kill it. Lots of doubles. (all jig fish)

Was communicating with member dbg1970 and he was fishing the NE corner of Old Scantum. I believe he only had shorts until he joined us.

A few were spitting herring up as soon as they hit the deck. All had FAT bellies.
